My Training

How it works.

  • Sit down in person or over the phone for a 30 minute consultation to understand your needs and goals.

  • This one hour session includes a movement screen and allows me to create a program that fit your movement ability and starting point.

  • Through the first week I ask you to journal all of your food so that we can actively dive into your food and habits to better provide a course of action. (not required)

  • Once I know all of the information I will create a program and schedule with you to drive results as quickly as 30 days in.
